Starting with our website is a good idea because we have a whole bunch of rentals available. You can find condos, single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments. We have it all.
Check us out first and you might find something you like. It will also simplify your process and keep you from spending too much time scrolling through other online resources.
Third-Party Rental Sites for Portland Homes
If you are not working with our team, there are some other options for you. Plenty of third-party sites can show you the available properties in Portland and the surrounding areas. Some of my favorites are:

Trulia
Craigslist
There are dozens of other sites you can check out.
But now, social media is a huge hit and it’s where a lot of people are spending their time. You can check Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and even Tik Tok when you’re looking for a new home. Yes, even Tik Tok has postings and a lot of those ads are really creative.
I found my current rental home through a post on Instagram and I started working with PropM when I found them on Craigslist. So, you have a lot of avenues to try.
Filter Rental Home Search Criteria
What’s great about the sites that exist just for rental property is that you can filter what you need.
Searching is possible based on your budget or the desired area you want to live in. You can set filters so you only see listings that fit your criteria.
If you want to look at different homes that are available to rent, scroll through the different posts that you see on these rental sites. You can get an idea of what homes are going for, how much space they have, and which neighborhoods have the most opportunities.
Think about your move date as well. Sometimes, people post their listings way in advance. They might be building an apartment complex and the listing will let you know how many units it will have, and they’ll invite you to check them out when they’re ready. Others will post their listing when they have immediate availability, and you can move in within days of being approved.
It depends on what you’re looking for.
