Step 1.
Fill our Submit application to have your home or property managed by PropM, Inc.
Registration Form -
Step 2.
Review and sign contract. Submit all onboarding documents and fees to get started.

Owner Onboarding Form -
Step 3.
Schedule Initial Inspection Date: Email: Owners@PropMhomes.com After Initial inspection, determine work needed to be Rent Ready.

Step 4!
Complete approved work to have unit Rent Ready.

Step 5.
Schedule photography. Present owner with Ad review of their property. Owner approves property ad in writing.

Step 6.
Advertise and Show home, until rented. Provide weekly activity reports for owner to make decision on rent price, with PropM, Inc, suggestions.

Step 7.
Move in Video is shot a few days prior to tenant moving in, to document condition of home before tenants take possession.

Step 8.
Tenant moves in on Lease Start Date, after Signing Lease, Paying Rent, Paying Security Deposit (all monies must clear, proving ALL utilities they are responsible for are in their name, proof of insurance covering homeowner homes with minimum of $100,000 liability insurance. We hand tenant keys on move in date once they show their valid ID.

Step 9.
We distribute funds on the 10th of every month, unless it is a holiday or weekend, then our distribution moves out to the next business day. From there, we release funds weekly to accommodate for late payers, odd move in dates, etc.
