Example: Tenant is moving in and requested to meet us early at our office, which we did, we were in the office an hour early. Tenants shows up early, and our team is here meeting with him. Tenant proceeds to leave us a review for not being in the office early, when he is actually sitting in our office, on the couch, an hour before we open. Some people are just Nuts.

When one of our tenants found himself locked out, he skipped the logical solutions and went straight to breaking a window to get back in—then boarded it up like some kind of home improvement project gone wrong.

We appreciate the initiative, but smashing your own window isn't exactly the recommended method for regaining entry. It’s a costly mistake that no one’s insurance is going to love.

Next time, skip the drama and call a locksmith. Your windows—and your wallet—will thank you.
