Example: Tenant is moving in and requested to meet us early at our office, which we did, we were in the office an hour early. Tenants shows up early, and our team is here meeting with him. Tenant proceeds to leave us a review for not being in the office early, when he is actually sitting in our office, on the couch, an hour before we open. Some people are just Nuts.

In today’s episode of "How Did No One Notice?", we bring you a landscaper who has been faithfully mowing… the wrong yard. For months.

That’s right—free lawn care, courtesy of sheer confusion. The landscaper didn’t catch it. The actual owner didn’t catch it. And the tenant whose jungle of a yard has been thriving untouched? Blissfully unaware.

Somewhere out there, a tenant has been unknowingly winning the free landscaping lottery, while another is wondering why their hedges have turned into a wildlife sanctuary.

Moral of the story? Maybe check which lawn you’re actually paying for. Or don’t—someone out there is loving the free trim.
