A tenant received a violation notice for unauthorized pets and was quite offended, insisting no pets lived there. Yet, during a routine video inspection, evidence of a cat, complete with toys and a cat tree, was unmistakable. The twist? The tenant claimed the cat was just a temporary visitor, brought over by their partner during the inspection. Seems like this cat just needed a cameo!
